The news is rife about how obviously enfeebled Biden was on the tape....but have any of the local legal types listened to enough of it to give some sort of judgement on just how guilty or not guilty Biden was for the whole reason for the interview i.e. storing classified docs in his garage?

The MSM is all about his decline showing on the tape (finally)....but they have been silent as to how his deposition shows guilt or innocence.

I'll hang up and listen.

You want to be the one that prosecutes an old man with Alzheimer's?

He's guilty. Prosecutorial discretion. Worried about jury nullification due to how enfeebled Biden was.

You're right, guess they shouldn't have gone after all those Nazis once they passed 70.

He literally stole documents he never had the authority to retain. That is just the fact. There is no argument over it, unlike Trump's fabricated documents issue.

Remember that the Biden document thing was a complete afterthought. They just decided to come public after the FBi raided Trump's house, violated his rights, and stole from his family...and then staged "evidence" and leaked to the press. All by order of the "DOJ" and Biden White House.

Still should've prosecuted him; he broke multiple laws.

If he's non compos mentis and cannot assist in his own defense, there will not be a trial anyway. He'll be sent to an institution for further evaluation and potential treatment.

Ted Cruz covered this from a legal standpoint on his Monday podcast.

He said that they had to
Come out with the "can't stand trial" slant, because if they didn't they would have to indict him. Biden pretty much admitted guilt on the documents.

Zero chance anything happens lawfully to Sleepy Joe. They felt sorry for him before the cancer was announced. Now the "feel sorry" is in overdrive
