When Strzok and Page filed their lawsuits against the government while Trump was in his first term, and then the Biden admin DOJ settled for millions... it set the precedent of today's amazing settlement for the Babbit family.

Dumb.

Babbitt had a legitimate claim.

Storz and Page extorted money. HUGE difference.

It's like saying a staged slip & fall at Walmart legitimized an 18 wheeler running over a kid on a bike.

I'm all for fighting lawfare with lawfare. The problem with this kind of lawfare is the taxpayer picks up the bill. Which sucks.

Don't get me wrong, I am happy for the Babbit family. But I had no idea about the Strok and Page settlements. WTF.
