I don't think it could be possible for Trump to file lawsuits for the amount of lies the MSM says. It's literally all they do is lie. 100% of political information you get from the MSM is false. They're just as bad as the nameless faceless bureaucrats in our federal government.

Is there another clip where she says Trump gave it to him? The link provided does not say that. It says "dated December 2024 after Trump elected but before sworn in".

This clip aside, I do think we are going to see lots more defamation cases brought by those on the right against MSM

She doesn't say Trump did it there either.

I don't like maddow, so I'm not defending her. But for a successful defamation claim the first thing you need is a false statement of fact. She says "United States" not "Trump".

That's a key distinction for a defamation claim.


Don't worry though. She and others in MSM will defame Musk, Trump and others plenty. They can't help themselves.
