This is ridiculous. They didn't even get her order wrong. The employee showed the receipt which proves they made it correctly. There should be multiple assault charges against the attacker. It is all on video. They have not charged/arrested her, and she is now threatening the Chipotle employee online and saying she is "going to come back and stab the employee". I remember DC just gave only 3 years in prison to a group of people who kicked and beat a homeless man to death. All crime is essentially legal now in DC because the 95 percent Democrat voter base of DC keeps voting in these insane local politicians. The Telegraph did an excellent video on this.

The bigotry of "restorative Justice" is that it perpetuates a social chaos amongst certain groups that harms the long term prospects of those groups with different lower standards. People need consequences early and often for antisocial and unlawful behavior so everyone benefits from a more civil citizenry with higher levels of mutual and collective expectations.

How is he supposed to know if it was female or not? Is he a biologist?

To be fair, they wouldn't be arrested in Texas either. Unless the cop witnessed the assault themselves, people who do not meet the definition of family (blood/marriage/dating/living together) a report is taken and arrest warrant issued. But once the parties get separated and the customer is sent home, there is no threat of further violence, Texas CCP does not allow cops to arrest anymore on site

I have several thoughts when I watch the young employee go light on the pintos and steak, but there isn't a single thought that is feral.

Montgomery County Sheriff would arrest as well every other suburban and rural police/sheriff/constable department in the state from what I have seen in other instances like this including the Harris County sheriff/police/constable which is in a urban county.

This is becoming a pattern because this type of assault occurred at a Whataburger near the VA hospital in the Texas medical center (Harris County) not that long ago. It was the top news story in the whole city and was featured in the local news for 2 days.

I will have to get an update on the Whataburger incident to see what happened.
