DNI does oversee CIA and NSA

DHS is department of defense

I have an old friend who worked in wargames and strategic simulations for BoozAllen and he used to tell me that the NRO was scarier than the NSA, FBI and CIA. Its been a long time so I dont remember why he said that.

US Intelligence Agencies look very similar to Nazi Germany….and that's because we paper clipped several Nazi intelligence officials to the IUS after WWII to help us spy on the USSR
