Ugh. This loser again. His schtick when I was working in his district was to insert funding into bills that he knew would pass, then vote against it to make it look like he was fiscally conservative. So basically, he got to pretend to be fiscally conservative while maximizing the government funding his district received.

Yes!!!

No, not mad at all about bringing needed infrastructure funding to an economically productive district that needs it. Upset that he played the game where he attached the funding to an unpopular bill that would he knew would pass, then voted against it, claimed to be fiscally conservative, and reaped the political rewards.

Just own it, man. If your district is economically productive and NEEDS infrastructure, SPONSOR a bill. Don't slip it in as an earmark on a bill you can vote against to maintain the illusion of fiscal conservatism.

Most people don't realize he did this because you have to be paying attention to see this kind of Washington crap. That's a democrat trick and not for someone who is really fiscally conservative.
