Seriously though, this is how you make cheating "legal". The day after the election, Dems will know who didn't vote and they will go door knocking to get out the vote even after the election is over. The ballots will be legal, just a couple days late.

Wouldn't it have to 9th circuit first? 9th circuit isn't going to schedule this appeal before election day. Hawg you would know better than I if it can jump and go to SCOTUS but I'd be shocked if this is heard and settled prior to Nov 5 even with the 5th circuit's ruling creating a reviewable conflict.

So crooked. There is absolutely no reason with early in person and mail in voting that you can't get your ballot in or postmarked by election day. None.

Early voting has Republicans leading NV I believe so we can see where this is headed.

How is mail delivered without a postmark?? If it comes in after election day, fine. But USPS has to postcard every piece of mail to deliver

Los Angeles County does the same thing. I decided not to vote in LA Elections last year but I certainly could have.

My favorite is - "Nothing has been proven in court"

Uh, OK. How about it's freaking obvious.
Or, how about - I know somebody who did it.

The counter to that is never "Are you serious?", it's always "Why didn't you turn them in?", or "That's only one person".

They never take the logical next step which is - wait, if you know one person who did it, then it makes sense that there could be more.

So the next logical question is I wonder how many more did it? And is it enough to make a difference in the results?

Needless to say, these conversations never get that far.
