Who gets the blame for this one?

Dems have been going on a shopping spree for votes with FEMA and SBA money.

So Congress appropriates money one way then the WH redirects it via executive order? I presume that's how it works?

If this were truly viewed as important couldn't Congress be reconvened into special session? Seems like true priorities are on display if they could...

Federal fiscal year ends on September 30. During a new fiscal year changeover, most programs do not have an official budget yet while the budget nerds close out the prior year and allocate for the next year.

While there are likely funding issues that need to be reviewed, anything in the first 30 days after fiscal year changeover about "no budget" is misleading.

The SBA is a plague on our society.
