I say go and ask around and report back to us.

Or just order some THCA "hemp" online and have it shipped to you via USPS and enjoy from the comfort of your own living room. Cannabis has been "loophole legal" for a couple years now. Perhaps soon we can rip the bandaid off and consider it federally legal so we can put this particular issue to bed.

Probably better for my liver than the alcohol I drink.

No. Because it's considered hemp. THCA is the precursor to THC (add heat and THCA becomes THC.) THCA is technically not federally prohibited, even though if you went to a legal dispensary in Colorado or California, weed is mostly THCA. Its just a loophole.

THCp is newer than THCa and more potent.

It's the silliest loophole. I think in the past, our state and local govt would have cracked down on it, but truly think they are losing interest and realize they're fighting a losing battle. Cannabis is already super decriminalized...not even a misdemeanor if you have less than 4 oz on you (which is a lot...small time dealer amts). It's inevitable that it will all be legalized, just a matter of when.

Even if the feds legalize it, states can still ban it if they wish.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

Except the typical cannabis plant contains less than 0.1% of THCP. People are making extracts that contain a ton of THCP though, just like they do with delta-8 THC. Which is why I would much rather we just legalize the natural plant itself, which is almost entirely THCa and CBD. And not some extract made in a lab.

Private companies can still ban it. Why does the government need to ban it?

Florida probably going to legalize this election. The dakotas might finally become on board. We're approaching the 30 state fully legal mark.

Nearly every " illegal" state left will be touching at least one or several legal states. Residents of most illegal states will be within driving distance of dispensaries in legal states.

Dan Patrick and Abbott need to realize that they've lost and will never win on this issue.

Texans are probably hoping Louisiana will become fully legal within the next few years. They can make so much money off people from Houston going to their dispensaries.

They did it with alcohol in the 90's. Their Supreme Court said drinking age of 21 was a form of age discrimination.

Maybe not... (Chronic dose same for alcohol)

"EPA has classified TCP as "likely to be carcinogenic to humans" and lists a chronic oral reference dose (RfD) of 4 x 10-3 milligrams per kilogram per day. Short-term exposure may cause eye and throat irritation; long-term exposure has led to liver and kidney damage and reduced body weight in animal studies."

I'm 100% legalize it. But to pretend we aren't going to have serious issues with cannabis addiction is shortsighted.

Correct. Introducing yet another drug to our young people is a terrible idea. Unfortunately most voting age adults in America disagree.
