The SEC was seeking 2 Billion Dollars in fines against Ripple (XRP). A fine of 125 Million Dollars is chump change by comparison.

Huge victory for XRP and Crypto.

All the SEC dust hasn't settled yet. I'll leave it to our leagal scholars to inform us if the Supreme Court overturning Chevron helped the XRP case.

XRP stock looks like it's headed for a wild ride!
