I'd say yes, there will be a terrorist attack. I don't know what Israel is doing to protect their athletes, but I'm guessing their security forces are on extra high alert.

Part off me is shocked that it hasn't happened already or at previous games.

However... There is sooo much global intermixing the collateral damage might be deemed to be too great.

To much risk of just pissing off the entire would and even having your best friend take a few steps back and say, "Yeah you're on your own with this one."
