I ain't giving up Netflix because of the owner's/founder's political donations. This is like the left boycotting Chick-fil-a because of the owner's politics. Do whatever you want but it kinda helps to perpetuate the divide.

I don't understand why some group of conservative investors haven't started a competitor. Come out publicly illustrating how spending money on left supporting business is literally cutting the country's throat and show youself as the common sense alternative.

I know doing this isn't exactly simple, but there's literally millions of folks/families who would flip in a heartbeat.

This. Large numbers of folks taking revenue away may not shut them down, but you can take them from profitable to either not profitable, or just barely making one.

Nothing is going to change until it becomes safe to be a republican in public again.

I turned it off a while back when cocomelon started trying to groom toddlers....


Honestly don't miss it... it's fairly overpriced if you consider going rates on other streaming services

Most conservatives don't actually care enough to switch. They'll complain about it but aren't willing to tell their wives they can't finish that series theyre binging

xfinity provides netflix for free. I can't cancel them

I had a "free" subscription to Netflix when I bought my tv 14+ years ago... that subscription expired ~6 mo. later... have not missed not having access.

It used to impolite to talk about politics in public and who somebody was voting for. We should go back to that but can't .

I've decided that I will not boycott just because a company supports a candidate and donates to their campaigns. It's America and that's what we do in politics.

However, there is a line to be crossed when a company becomes activist and starts funding or promoting endeavors that are harmful to our society such as divisive race-based functions or pushing trans groomer activities and so on.

In other words, Netflix contributing to a campaign is permissible, but Bud Light pushing a trans agenda through an influencer popular with minors is not.

We dropped Netflix a long time ago when they started working with the Obamas. Don't act like it's hard to get along without them. There are many alternatives.

I thought most of F16 signed a blood oath to not watch Netflix when Obama got involved with it.

Why would i continue to give money to a service that is used to try to indoctrinate the youth and then after profiting from the money I gave them to indoctrinate the youth then uses those profits to donate to people who are actively trying to make your beliefs illegal....

If their focus was 100% on putting out good entertaining content with no effort at brainwashing kids and normalizing pedophilia.....yes Netflix did this with a few of their original shows then I couldn't give two craps about who the CEO donates to.

This is far bigger than the founder making a personal political donation. Netflix creates leftist content to brainwash people. They've hired people like the Obamas to help create it. They are an active political enemy and your subscriptions are what is funding it. Its not like there aren't countless other streaming services to choose from. I have to declutter my Roku menu of superfluous channels a couple times a year because they accumulate like barnacles over time.

Netflix streams thousands of shows, many of which are targeted at demographics that are not conservative. Yes, if I wanted to search Netflix for shows that preach a leftist worldview I wouldn't have to look far. I don't watch those shows.
