If Biden has made a decision to drop, I don't think you would be seeing all the leaks coming out in public. They are doing all they can to create momentum for the narrative and push him out. They tried it privately and it has not worked. I think the chances of him dropping are a lot higher now than they were a week or two ago, but I am not convinced it is a foregone conclusion.

Also, if Harris polls the same or worse than Biden, he and Jill may dig in their heels even more.
