In a selfish way, I wish that Trump would deliver his original speech, then pivot to his new speech. Regardless of the assassination attempt, Trump should hold Bidens feet to the fire for how he has completely wrecked this country in less than 4 yrs

the unity thing is an absolute joke.

If so, it will be a great move both practically and politically. I think a lot of undecideds and people who don't like Trump because of his abrasive personality are yearning for him to come across as Presidential. Give them that and it solidifies the landslide even more so.

This speech compared to Biden's remarks earlier this evening will show a stark comparison to the type of people and who is best to lead this country. (Not that there should be any question who is better qualified to lead this country.)

If Trump pivots from his usual rally fare to a stately address on unity and shared American pride, you'll be deprived of some snark, but rewarded with a Walter Mondale-esque beat down that will ***** slap Biden's ego by screaming at him that the country hates his policies. It's a good trade.

Don't mind him bringing people together between now and the election

But once he takes his hands off that Bible in January of 2025, he needs to be absolutely ruthless. He's got an entire corrupt machine that needs to be completely dismantled.

The deep state isn't going to accept a truce and embrace unity. As already said, Trump better be prepared to go to the mattresses after the election.

There is no unifying with godless psychos that want to see the US fundamentally changed.

Trump needs to wake up the traditional libs and get them to realize they've been brainwashed by the media and most radical elements.
