I think a lot of people see the upcoming election as the chance to overcome the cheating in 2020. Take that from them via assassination and i think they would resort to violence that would not be containable. "In the event of my assassination, I want nothing more than for Vivek to pick up the torch and carry on as the nominee. Hes a great man and I have complete faith that he will be able to carry forward with the task of backing America great again!"

The Trump loyalists would have a hard time rallying behind someone they thought was capitalizing on Trump's murder, and only with Trump's endorsement do I see them joining behind a DeSantis like candidate for the general.

Thats ******ed. This isn't a monarchy. If Trump had been assassinated, the convention probably would have been delayed a bit, but once it convened, it would have been a true open convention with only a few delegates pledged to anyone on the first ballot.

Not sure what they're laughing about. You can definitely kill a hog with a .22. May not drop it immediately, but if you shoot it virtually anywhere in the body, it will eventually die. Gut shot takes time, but it's a horrible death.
