So Biden is saying he's committed to the second debate. He's in such a dire situation now that he needs it (assuming he is able to stay in the race). If I were Trump, I would strengthen the rules before agreeing to debate him again. The reality is, Biden needs the debate and Trump doesn't.

So what rules should he ask for? A few ideas:
-no moderator questions; questions are from the candidates only with the moderator monitoring time and cross-examination rebuttals
-mandatory drug test
-debate time at 10pm ET
-two moderators and each candidate chooses one

Trump doesn't need to debate Biden. But if he did, it should be moderated by Rob Schneider of Newsmax or GTFO. Trump needs to let Biden know "I'm your daddy now"

Yes there is: humiliate this evil man in front of the world. Biden insists on continuing in office and running, then force him to drool on camera.

Trump should demand a blood test/screening as a baseline. He doesn't have anything to gain from another and avoiding the health issue is only going to make it worse. But he shouldn't demand it until Biden is locked in.

Trump should request some form of health exam prior to the debate. Focusing on cognitive ability and overall readiness.

He should also request this from a narrative position that he's "concerned for Biden's health" and that no one seems to be looking out for him.

Disagree. He needs to debate him if only in the sense that he already agreed to do it. It would look bad if he reneged now.

Right now Biden is in no position to demand &$#@ in a debate. It should be:

• On Fox
• Moderated by Peter Doocy
• Starting at 8 pm eastern

Next debate isn't scheduled until Sept. 9. Can you imagine how much more Biden will have deteriorated by then?

Biden for the next hour and a half.

Trump finished with a final 30 minutes to end.

There is no way on earth Biden makes it beyond a third of the time he's allotted.

This is true. But I also don't think Biden needed to debate Trump even once, and am glad he did.

I think Trump should do it but only if he prepares for it, unlike the last debate. Biden beat himself in the last debate. Trump would absolutely destroy Biden if he prepared for a debate.

Trump could be trying to expose Biden again that he is too old.

One of the reasons Biden managed to win last election is because his team had him "hunker down" and just let Trump talk his way out of a win.

I know the Trump team is smart enough here to realize that there's little upside and a lot of downside to another debate. Question will be will Trump himself... trump their wishes... and try and be bold and cocky agreeing to another one.

A second debate would be like Samir in office space going back for a last lick at the printer and the other guys holding him back.

A second debate would be like some demented form of entertainment like bum fights or faces of death.

But you know we'll all watch that **** if it happens.
