honestly, a little nitpicky here, but I wish they wouldn't have sexualized the women as much. Seems like a cheap marketing ploy. I'm not saying don't have attractive women in it, but don't sexualize them to the degree they did. I get they made a joke about it, but to then have the base shot of the video be with the chick with the deep V seems contradictory. Flame away.
I do like the general message of the video. And glad to see the Babylon Bee guy who is really good in their skits branching out.
Not over the top but I don't think the Daily Wire should be framing what they can/can't put in a commercial based on relativity to an industry standard. I would think as a principled organization it should be based on their principles. Again I realize this is nitpicky but I like to be picky sometimes.LMCane said:I see your pointtexagbeliever said:

but compared to most real commercials, was it really that over the top?
Sorry darlin, but I dont think the commercial was meant for liberal white women. Except the very end.texagbeliever said:

Daily Wire came way before. He created Jeremy's Razors after Gillette released the Super Bowl commercial with the dad teaching his trans kid how to shave.LMCane said:
never knew that the same Jeremy Boreing from Daily Wire was the razor guy
which came first?
and that commercial is AWESOME
I didn't complain about the actresses being attractive. I just complained about their attire chosen. Not wanting scantily clad women on every video doesn't make one gay.BigRobSA said:texagbeliever said:Not over the top but I don't think the Daily Wire should be framing what they can/can't put in a commercial based on relativity to an industry standard. What if their principles include "Not being gay!"?

most importantly- are the razors any good?
There's a QC test for that: Lend a new razor to your wife or GF for a day, and then shave your face and neck with it. If you look like Freddy Krueger afterwards, it's a crappy razor.LMCane said:

Yeah, the sexualization in Jeremey's 2.0 commercial really puts this one to shame
He created Jeremy's Razors after Harry's pulled their Ads off of Daily Wire in some virtue signal power move. It was a direct response to Harry's, but I am sure Gillette going woke contributed as well.shack009 said:Daily Wire came way before. You're right. I think they were around the same time, maybe within a year of each other. Harry's pulled from DW because Michael Knowles wouldn't apologize for saying something along the lines of "men are men and can't be women."ord89 said:He created Jeremy's Razors after Harry's pulled their Ads off of Daily Wire in some virtue signal power move.
