Hawg, the Overton window on outrage has moved so far that I don't think anything done by this administration reaches the point of being outrageous anymore. It's really sad to see where we are. I'm beyond finding any hope of a correction at this point.

So am I. This is so brazen for a US Attorney to announce this move in a double-dog-dare-you manner towards both existing prisoners and SCOTUS. No shame, just ageda driven. Massive prosecutorial misconduct. And they don't care.

Very different matters. And the fact that you cannot see that is scary. Jan 6ers wrongfully convicted if SCOTUS says 1512(c)(2) was misapplied, yet they run the risk of having more time piled on if they try to get their post conviction relief?

Slight difference in that SB 4 is basically granting the state of TX the right to enforce current federal immigration laws that this very same DOJ, Homeland, ICE, and the Biden admin refuses to enforce, so yeah, totally the same.
