Incredible. She basically invalidated all background checks and any requirements to obtain a gun because you can't do any of these things with illegals who have no documentation.

Of course what this will mean in practice is that illegals will get to buy and sell guns with zero restrictions while citizens will have to follow all of the rules.

She struck-down a federal statute that included a blanket restriction. She did not exempt them from background checks. That issue was not even before her.

It will work just like this. There will be 2 separate standards: one for illegals and one for citizens. The former will have no rules at all while the latter will have to follow everything.
