So sad, but an effective campaign. I wonder if Republicans will have the courage run television ads with that same message between now and the election. It won't persuade the white lib Dems or their propaganda legacy media worshipers, but I bet it would turn out more than a few of those who are usually disconnected from politics.

So its OK that he apologized for the murder that he helped facilitate, in your opinion?

Weird flex, but I dont vote for Democrats, so I feel no need to defend them, even in indefensible situations.

It must take a big brain to figure out how to square all of this. One of the reasons you're one of the biggest, brightest, and most well-respected minds on this forum.

I am in complete agreement with you but the night that my wife and I, both carrying at the time, had an illegal cause a very bad accident right in front of us (just recently), well, all the lead in the world wouldn't have helped us or the mom/kid she plowed in to.

Regardless, we need to bump this thread everyday.

And honestly, we need to start making the illegals feel very unwelcome here.

How what this quote taken out of context?

He said exactly what was quoted in the post, and then went on to say that he's disappointed that her death is being used politically. That does nothing to change the words he actually used. This is not even in the same stratosphere as what the media has done with Trump's "bloodbath" comment or their refusal to apply the same outrage to themselves or democrats who have used the term for years.

I think they will resist, but they don't have complete control - a political ad is a political ad. Fox would run something I'm sure. The more likely impediment is the average Republican doesn't have the guts to do it, because people will call them mean names, like "racist." My point is that they are going to get lied about regardless, so do the right thing and tell the truth regardless.
