State of Washington says :
Not qualified to enter law school, not qualified to leave law school, but you have the right amount of melanin? Now, go out their and screw up cases where people lives are destroyed because they put their money and trust in your incompetent azz!!

Can't pass the bar ?? Don't worry about it. We will just get rid of that pesky racist rule because it WAS
racist since minorities didn't pass at the same rate. So to make the legal profession in WA fair, you don't have to pass the bar anymore to practice in WA.

There is literally not a single part of society the left will not soil/destroy in the desire to destroy America. Wont be long like the ccp is doing RIGHT NOW where if you are busted for " Picking quarrels and provoking trouble " a one stop shop law for arresting anybody who stands up to the ccp. You and your family will be denied health care. They are doing this right this second !! This was also done but the USSR and their satellite states. The DNCCP will 100% pull this out of their commie buddies playboodk

Fun fact! Springfield in The Simpsons is canonically in Oregon, and Lionel Hutz is the inspiration for most of Donald Trump's legal hires!

Let the free market handle it. Nothing to get upset over. If you're a train wreck then nobody will hire you to represent them. Will take care of itself. Case closed.

So is WA state going to prohibit lawyers that did pass the bar from publicizing / promoting that they're "certified?"

I can see those that didn't pass / didn't take the exam suing their worthy competition... claiming racism &/or unethical business practice.

Because it will take several "train wrecks" before word gets around. And those train wrecks could ruin people's lives.

And word never gets all the way around. Wonder if any insurance companies will write legal malpractice in the State of Washington after this kicks in? I think we all know that answer.

I sincerely hope for the day when black people and the idiots that push for these dumbing down policies will wake up and realize that the reason black people cant achieve success at the same rate as literally every other group is because Democrats have intentionally destroyed their once-strong family units in exchange for votes and power.

Democrats are either evil, or stupid.

No. All lawyers still have to be certified. They're just making alternate routes to certification like apprenticing under a qualified attorney and achieving certain learning credits.

ETA Which may be better anyway. Different industry, but same concept, I got a project management certification right out of school with my degree. I'll be the first to say I didn't know nearly as much as someone doing it for a year.

Are you an attorney? I am, so with all due respect please stay in your lane. Despite your feelz, this WILL HAVE disasterous results (malfeasance/ malpractice, mistrials,'faudulent' appellate victories b/c of built-in "ineffective assistance of counsel" claims, higher malpractice premiums, lengthier trials resulting in higher court costs & greater inconveniences to jurors, etc)!!

Agreed. There's a mental process one has to go through in law school that completely changes the way you think, and it's hard to explain. People that can't pass the bar shouldn't be lawyers.

Over time, it would seem this would hurt blacks. No, not that they might get sued for being lesser qualified, the government would probably cover any losses in some sort of welfare program.

I would think though, that any sane person would avoid using a black attorney out of fear they didn't measure up unless they did extensive checking into the lawyer's history.

The only thing left for them to do is just eliminate it so there won't be lawyers who passed and lawyers who didn't. There will just be lawyers with law degrees.

Although I guess good lawyers can still pass another state's bar and advertise that if Washington were to get rid of it.
