Impressions are as important as the substance in speeches, and Biden utterly failed on both last night. While his policy recommendations were garbage, his demeanor was off the charts bad.

It may have been red meat for the progressive sycophants, but for Republicans, and more importantly, Independents, that speech will be remembered as the ramblings of an angry, mean old man that is out of touch and can't control his emotions.
