I can only imagine what it is like for a sharp foreign leader to have to sit in that room with him and play pretend. It has got to be surreal, like an unraveling simulation. Imagine the immediate conversations, jokes and maniacal giggle fits they must have with cabinet members and staffers as soon as they hop back into their security convoys together.

So the string pullers behind the scenes run the long game by keeping a figurehead in office until they have the cards lined up just like they want them to switch their chosen one in place for the presidency.

More like she's waiting for orders. If she 25ths Joe, she's Acting President. No vacancy is declared in the VP office. But if she tries to run for 2024, she'd need a running mate. And she'd need that announced before the convention to have any hope of getting the nomination.
