Quite the contrast in behavior.
As liberal dominated as higher education is, there are a lot of conservatives with degrees who don't feel compelled to return them. But when a university makes a fairly rare decision to hire someone right-of-center to lead their school, someone on the Left has to reject every aspect of the university and pretend it doesn't exist.
