OK lawmaker's bill would call animal control to deal with students dressed as furries

The parent or guardian of a student in violation of this section shall pick the student up from the school, or animal control services shall be contacted to remove the student.


I love this so much. Effective acquiesce to their mental illness and deal with rogue animals in schools the same way you would a stray dog. Send them to a shelter and help control the population.

I'd say high schools should be able to solve the whole furry / looking like a creepy, fake mascot problem on their own. But there's the whole bullying thing... It would be so effective if they'd allow it.

This is the unfortunate consequence of the war on bullying. Back in the day, the bullies kept the crazy in line enough from such insanity.

I suggest bullying once again be an unspoken part of the education system. Its part of the natural order of things.

I remember when having long hair, unkept beards, and wearing a hat to school were against dress code because they were "distracting".

Quite a world we live in 20 years later when you can dress up like an NBA mascot and pretend to actually be an animal and demand everyone to cater to your delusions.
