My favorite part:

Quote:

"Three years ago, white supremacists affiliated with paramilitary organizations stormed the U.S. Capitol, shattering windows, walls, and the families of five U.S. Capitol police officers," bill sponsor Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., said in a news release. "Private paramilitary actors, such as the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, pose a serious threat to democracy and the rule of law, and we must create new prohibitions on their unauthorized activities that interfere with the exercise of people's constitutional rights. The forces of bigotry, hatred, and violent extremism must be stopped for the sake of our democracy."
The Dems major in bigotry, hatred, and violent extremism; this is just another example of them projecting, accusing others of exactly the things they do.

"Militias" have been a Democrat boogieman since Clinton was in office.

I remember the alphabet nightly news running endless stories about how "right wing militias" were plotting to overthrow the government.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

Literally untrue.

sadly I bet there are at least 5 republicans in the house that might vote for this

and there is only a 2 vote majority right now... i think.
Maybe the House but not the Senate.

They don't care about that or anything else there.

Anyone who thought they'd stop at the 2nd Amendment is a fool.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

See above... This should include the Black Panthers, Antifa, and BLM. Or is this an unequal treatment under the law thing?

Those are just ideas. There's no hierarchy to Antifa. Isn't that what Biden said?

They just don't want any opposition when they send their hoards into the suburbs

"Antifa is a myth.' - Jerry Nadler

Can't remember if he stated this before or after he **** himself live on stage.

Notice the "D" after this fellow's name. DemocRAT!
Albeit, I do not agree with their "tactics"!
They were a "militia!" of sorts that was not too well "regulated" and bifurcated with anger versus common sense!
But still in keeping with the term of "militias"!
