If Colorado and other states get away with removing Trump from the ballot, let's just burn this to the ground and have each state remove an opponent from their ballot and decide who the President is based on that.

The only way they can get away with it is if SCOTUS blesses it, and that's not happening. As of today, he's on the ballot in both Maine and Colorado.

Not only is this true but, in a sense, neither Trump or Biden will appear on the General Election ballots.

The voters do not vote for President. They vote for electors who then vote for President.

It's Trumps attempts to change the votes of the electors (or, at least, have them thrown out) that has caused all this trouble,
