My BIL just arrived with his family from Colombia, was on a flight full of Africans that deplaned in San Salvador. He tells me Petro (Colombia's marxist president) is encouraging use of Colombia as a hub to move migrants from Africa and Asia into the US.

Not defending this at all, but this looks like something a group of my students might put together on their own for a Social Studies project.

I haven't looked into whether this was officially sponsored by the NGO or any other official agency - I just watched the video and it reminds of the type of thing I've seen in schools where students select their own topic with improper supervision from a teacher.

If used in an official capacity, then I agree with all of the previous comments. Just offering a possible reason as to why this video may havre come into existence.
