I know people generally think MTG is a nutjob but she really isn't. She had to testify in court over a lawsuit trying to stop her from running again in 2022 claiming she was an insurrectionist who violated her oath of office.

I watched her testimony. She wasn't even breaking a sweat and was tying that plaintiff's lawyer in knots. Made him look like a complete fool. I don't agree with everything she says but at least she went to DC for the right reasons, to actually do the work.

Watched the whole thing.... We need more MTGs in the committees. Decision making roles. This only happens when you have leverage with more MTG types. They lose all support however when they become a hypocrite and that is perceptively much easier to do when you are/have MTG vocal/values.

I like her, very sharp lady with thick skin. Hopefully she will be part of Trump's cabinet assuming he wins.
Maybe in a position where she can investigate the Jewish Space Lasers and the "so called plane" that hit the Pentagon on 9/11?

Yes. Most high level politicians are borderline narcissistic and psychopathic. That is the type of personality it takes to ruthlessly climb to a high level in politics, generally speaking, in most circumstances. Lots of aspiring politicians have to make unsavory bargains or develop connections and alliances that they'd rather not be public knowledge in order to maneuver into public office. They often have to be this way because the competition surely is. The nice, straightforward, and honest don't prevail. Mr. Smith doesn't get to Washington DC.

We can point it out all we like and be frustrated as we want but it is human nature that they ruthless and ambitious who can play it off cleverly or appealingly to their electorate will prevail. The politicians only have to play the game of seeming to be what the majority prefers, and then delivering for their true constituents once in power to ensure the necessary support remains.

That's reality.

Well....I guess that could be proof...But then she also wasn't breaking a sweat when she called out Chris Wray for working for the DHS.

Is someone technically not a 'nutjob' if they really believe everything they say and do so with calm and ease?

I'm also pretty sure she never writes her own talking points.

Conviction and confidence are not mutually exclusive with "nut job." Indeed, I would submit they often go hand in hand.

IWould not agree with her on much but it's really refreshing how genuine she is, Not something we get out of Washington that often.

I think her candor is part of why she gets the Nutjob label

She forced Pelosi and her scum to actually show up and vote in person, and even the R's hated her for it.

She slowed down the Democrat bill process a lot....but most people dont understand the day to day of the House

I skipped through most but replayed 3X the minute around 25:00 and then listened to the rest.

TC "You have been swotted 7X.....are you worried about your safety?"

MTG "I just bought a lovely AR15....another one"

I am an MTG fan.
