Actually she was handling John Heilemann perfectly, he wasn't looking for an answer he was fishing for a soundbite for his show. I'm not a fan of Lake but she handled herself very well. She lost anyone that just wants to move on from 2020 and actually win in 2024. Trump isn't winning without those voters.

I was a big fan of her during her campaign but she lost me when she started saying DeSantis was a Soros guy because Trump told her to. She's only gotten more over the top since then. I thought she did well in the interview but he asked her some very real questions she avoided like how everything seems to be a loyalty test to Trump and repeating some of his statements back to her. She said "Watch his rallies" but I wonder if she has done the same, his rallies talk about how great he is, then a slew of attacks with nicknames, then talking about Biden some, then polls, then somewhere they fit in some vague policy statement like "We are going to Drain the Swamp!" That's weird. If she actually won it seems like she should be spending her time governing Arizona instead of continuing the shameless grift. Don't worry, I'm sure she'll have proof any day now, I guess probably not until she gets a few more donations to her fake stop the steal fund though.

1) Her election was definitely wonky. A LOT of circumstances of weirdness went on and I bet election fraud in certain areas.
2) Since her "loss" she's gone full-tard and turned off a LOT of voters on the national level. I liked her, a lot, before the election. She seemed like the right person for the job. But, now, I'm not so sure. Better than Hobbs? Probably, yeah. "The right person"? Not even close.

I don't now about that, People really didn't like Jan Brewer a lot but she was effective as governor and stood toe to toe on illegal immigration. Hobbs wants an open border. Lake doesn't and is more than scrappy enough to make a lot of noise on that subject.BigRobSA said:

Having followed that 2022 election, the hearings and the court cases, Lake was screwed over.
The way Maricopa County has completely outsourced their elections to a private company that refuses to allow an audit of their actions is just a disaster that keeps happening over and over again. And the Maricopa County election officials (McCain republicans) lie, deflect, thwart, doing everything they can to hide not only what happened but why. Which is something else Lake campaignedon cleaning up their processes using the state legislature to do it.

Hobbs is a purchased soros puppet who didn't campaign and now is not even governing. Either that's actually what we the people want or mass mailed ez fraud elections have consequences. Which is it?
