Uhh....it makes you 0.00% woman
This isn't really the same thing as the U Penn swimmer.
If I understand correctly, Semenya was born with female external genitalia and was, not surprisingly, felt to be female. Intersex conditions like this often don't get identified until puberty when masculine traits and absence of normal female development become evident. She does not have a ***** and will never be able to father children. Are you asserting that she should have switched her gender identity when her biologic sex became apparent?
To be clear, I'm not defending Semenya's desire to run with what is a clear biologic advantage (internal testosterone production), and IIRC medical advice is usually to remove undescended testicles as there is a high risk of malignant transformation (Semenya doesn't want to do that, because an excess of testosterone gives her a big advantage in women's athletics).
Nonetheless, I have more sympathy for Semenya's unusual medical situation than for someone who has lived as a man into adulthood and then decides to compete in women's sports.
