In regards to that video, it seemed fella in orange was assembling a rfile. Now, ole boy filming had plenty of time to take aim and fire at orange fella. If that is in the US, in a red state, that isn't illegal what orange fella did (unless those were two shots fired).

Does F16 fire shots at orange fella from that camera viewpoint?

And Belgium they don't have firearms ownership like we do. But a rag, a bottle of alcohol, and a lighter could have made for a nice cocktail for the terrorist.
