My take is it was probably the CUA, with at least tacit approval from LBJ.
It's pretty clear all the official government statements and explanations (Warren Commission and House Committee) LIED to the American people and covered up the truth.
In light of the fact our government killed the president and is STILL covering it up, why do so many find it impossible that the government targeted Trump?

Seriously though, I can't say what happened on that day in Dallas. I don't trust the government when they say Oswald acted alone. And while I am not a marksman, I have to wonder from when I toured the school book depository why the shooter did not shoot when the limo was actually approaching the building on Houston Street. There are just enough questions around this to make me think there was likely others involved.

The war machine needed to have bottomless pockets to fund their toys.

How likely is it that Dallas strip club owner Jack Ruby, who reportedly worked with the Chicago Outfit, wasn't ordered to take Oswald out before he could spill his guts?

Ruby probably knew that he was dying of lung cancer anyway. He knew his time was short, so he wouldn't be doing 'hard time' forever, and even if not, the Outfit guys can be a pretty persuasive bunch. It's just so hard to believe a guy like that was so upset about JFK being killed that he decided to avenge the murder himself in front of the whole world.

I believe the last surviving member of the Warren Commission was the late Gerald Ford. When asked about it years later, he didn't say much other than they had nothing conclusive.

As far as I'm concerned, until I see incontrovertible evidence to the contrary, government agencies had JFK killed.

Don't ignore the potential for partnership arrangement between Federal Reserve, CIA and the Mob. LHO was a unwitting patsy that fit the MO. Had to be 'shut up' after the deed. Ruby...bought and paid for. Because the whole thing was sooooooooo ominous, RFK or any other Kennedy was never going to be allowed first hand access or the authority to formally look into it. Ted was unfit, tooooo timid, formally convinced and thus, never nutted up and questioned the powers that be. Played it safe.

More convinced than ever the CIA had a hand in it. Why else refuse a law ordering the release of all information from that event? Clearly they have something to hide.

It always astounds me that people believe in this massive, unbelievable conspiracy to kill JFK, often including such things as body snatchers, murdering a Dallas cop to frame Oswald, compromised doctors, etc.

So we're supposed to believe the CIA/Mafia/LBJ/J Edgar Hoover/whoever pulled this off, managed to keep everyone involved silent as a tomb for 60 years and counting-that "they" were organized enough to achieve this, but simultaneously were unable to find ANY better plan to whack the guy than blowing his head off with a rifle in broad daylight in front of hundreds of witnesses?? While he's in a moving car, no less?

That sounds like a stupid plan. It seems like it would have been a lot easier to slip some cyanide into one of the injections he got from Dr. Feelgood. Or bomb his plane. Or pretty much anything other than what actually happened.

The simplest explanation is best. Oswald did it.
