Things just keep getting better in California, especially in Los Angeles.

Quote:

A decision was made in July by the Los Angeles County Superior Court to institute the system, arguing that cash bail discriminates against minorities and the poor.

And who are the ones that are doing all the "smash and grabs", a "nonviolent" crime.

Cash bail discriminates? Have they considered just not committing crimes?

I think that, to be very honest with you, I do believe that we should have rightly believed, but we certainly believe that certain issues are just settled.

The more people who are injured by it the faster it will be changed.

An ideologue won't revise his/her beliefs unless and until he/she/a family member is seriously victimized by them. Unfortunately, innocent persons will also suffer, but that it necessary to effect reform. JMO

Yep, a lot of people will have to be hurt by people that should have been locked up and kept locked up. The Dems/Libs know this but do not care. The Dems/Libs know that they will eventually have to change the law back to something reasonable but in the mean time they are getting what they want which is a lawless society.

Sadly almost half the people in this country fully support this happening because they do not believe they will be effected.
