But the pigeons keep getting in through remarkably small holes.
The politicians make their own holes and nests, but cannot be eradicated.

Would think that pigeons would be way down the list of **** producers in that particular building, but guess there would be no reason to remove the other since they take it to the governor's desk as soon as it's passed.
