This is not fresh news. Remember the white taxi driver from Chicago who was in the news as Obama's butt boy during his first presidential run? Was adamant and credible about his "affair" while also claiming Obama preferred white guys. Guy dies of a heart attack a few months in and no other former partners have dared come forth.

That's been making the rounds again. She had way too much plastic surgery though and was pushing 80. It was also being done in an office not a hospital. I think it was just doctor malpractice.
