This is an interesting strategy.

Quote:

"How do you logistically handle prepping a client for all of those different trials and running for president of the United States?" Bream wondered.

"Yeah, if it was a normal person, honestly, Shannon, I could understand the concern," Habba replied. "President Trump is not your average person. He's incredibly intelligent, and he knows the ropes. He also knows the facts because he lived them. These are not complicated facts."

"Look at [Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis]," she added. "It was a phone call, a phone call that's been around forever that he refers to as the perfect phone call. What is he going to have to be prepped for? The truth? You don't have to prep much when you've done nothing wrong."

Maybe there's not much prep when you're going to be found guilty in a sham trial no matter what you do.

Well that's a plus. I'm just constantly amazed at the morons he surrounds himself with though.

And she is also right in that the actual truth, facts and evidence are on his side - though none of that matters in the court of Biden's minions.

I get what you're saying, but regardless of situation, if you have a defense attorney telling you that you don't need to worry about prepping, run. Run very fast.

Glad to hear she isn't actually on his team

Well…when any lawyer that represents you is blackballed and organized groups of attorneys work to have you disbarred then yeah it's tough.

Because he pays people to agree with him. Stroking his ego is the ultimate show of loyalty for him.

There will be a ton of prep for a ton of money. But it still won't matter. System in these cases is corrupt from top down, start to finish. The battles have to be won at the ballot box. There will be cheating there too but maybe less of it this time. The judicial system has mostly been corrupted. Trump is already convicted in these dem cities. Just like the indictments published in Atlanta before the grand jury even met. It was a forgone conclusion. They can't wait for the wicked glory of signing their name to it and putting Trump's mug shot up as next best to his decapitated, bloody and bowed head. "We finally got 'im." Next time it will be you or me for even posting this. Trump '24!

I actually think the Biden admin has briefed Trump on how this is going to go down. Anything he gets convicted of he will receive a pardon. Why waste time prepping for this stuff when you know even if you're guilty a pardon is coming.

So Trump, "the loose cannon," is being trusted to keep this to himself until he withdraws or is defeated? Lol!

For the Georgia case, Trump has several fundamental constitutional protections that get this case tossed.

After that, he has absolute immunity. Meadows case is the trial balloon to get this rolling.

ANother error by novice Willis and the jaded Biden DOJ is that by going for the flashy headline of indicting and mugshotting 19 defendants, they allowed for 19 different approaches to defense. Some asking for speedy trials, one not able to post bail, one asking for it to be removed to a federal court where Meadows can invoke immunity.

Outside of Dersh, Turley and maybe a few others, I would listen to no one, particularly any self-proclaimed lawyers on TexAgs, to inform you on how this plays out. We are way, way past anyone's book knowledge and/or experience on how this plays out.

All outcomes are pure spitballing at this point.

Biden's minions are in the jury in Fulton County? They've already been picked?? or is this just pre-emptively making an excuse for trump's loss in court.

I live under a concept of reality. That may be hard for those who may or may not understand what the concept of reality is, but yes a Fulton County jury will be made up of Biden's minions.

But this will never get to jury selection so the point is moot.

So a story about attorneys without a mention of Project 65 isn't much of a story.

This is Trump 101....

Never admit weakness.

Never admit failure.

Every action you did was the correct and smart one.

Even if something is bad say it is good.

All of Trump's lawyers and PR people are taught this or they get fired.

The actual outcome is less relevant than the perception and distractions. 4 separate cases (with likely Michigan to come to make 5) and lots of chaos and monster legal bills. Most Americans think Trump broke the law it's only a question of which law (once again perception is what matters here). Three of the venues are 75% or more Dem areas.

The only thing Trump can run on is how Biden is more corrupt and is using these as political prosecutions, so all they have to do is replace out Biden at the right time. Trump can't say that Newsom or Whitmer are doing this to him. So he just gets to talk about his legal problems while they talk about whatever issues they think people want to hear and have the media carrying their water.

I also think it's possible they just pardon Trump in the end. Once Trump has lost and broke the value of actually putting him in prison is minimal. They can actually "heal the country" by "taking the high road" and pardoning Trump. It's almost too easy for them.

Next thing you will be posting George Conway articles. It's as if you are already in tune. Seriously if Desantis believes what you say then he is the last person I would vote for. But maybe he does and that's why he said the the recent things about the 2020 election and was visiting with Kemp right before the Georgia charges dropped.

Yea, saying that most Americans think Trump broke the law is laughable. It assumes they either believe the lies by Dems, are not paying attention enough, or are so far gone with progressiveness and / or TDS that even if Trump was acquitted and shown to be 100% innocent they would still call for crucifixion.

And is what led to his downfall. He couldn't admit he lost the election, and just walk away to fight again.

Impressive legal acumen you are showing us.

unfortunately for you- Biden can't pardon Trump for the Georgia crimes.
SockStilkings
How long do you want to ignore this user?
More particularly, it is not customary to offer pardons for things that are not actually crimes. That particular notion is lost a lot on people. Also, innocent people have no use for pardons.
