She is undeserving of being on the SCOTUS regarding her legal acumen, but she is not nearly as lacking in outright brain power or legal reasoning as Sotomayor.

Regardless, two of the three liberal justices are only on the SCOTUS because of discrimination in their favor and would not have been considered on their own legal and intellectual merits.

If this is what Justice Jackson believes to be true than she should be vigorously advocating for this everyday. Blacks should only have blacks doctors. If it's going to save more than half of black children, that's a huge number, and should be a massive effort in the black and liberal white community (who surely believe it as well).

Who are we to stand in the way? By all means, only see black doctors. 50%+ of your children or future children's lives depend on it.

Why do we try to share the same governing body with leftists who not only put people like her in positions of power but double down on it being a great idea.

What an indictment of the Democrats that they would nominate and approve someone of Brown Jackson's intellect to the highest court in the land.

She is neither intellectually honest, fair, or impartial. She does not strive to follow the Constitution. She is persuaded by politics, ideology, and judges with an attitude of grievance in order to push a social agenda.

She is nothing like what a good judge should be, and everything they should not. It is a disgrace she is on the court.

She (and Sotomayor) are the template of the court the Dems want a majority of. Female POCs who are blindly loyal to the DNC and know their only job is to ignore the law and rubber stamp the DNC agenda no matter how blatantly unconstitutional it is.

Kagan can still occasionally find the Constitution but you can ALWAYS count on those two to dissent no matter how unconstitutional their position is

Technically, she doesn't really know that babies are birthed by women so this is a pretty big leap.
