Well he has to choose attorneys from some victim class to make them harder to attack by usual leftist tactics.

The choice of victim class is a matter of personal taste.

True story. Had a case against a Personal Injury Attorney (was not a PI case though) and then he showed up for a deposition about a month before trial wearing a neck brace. Claimed he'd been in a recent car accident. And then he said something kind of odd, "I never put much stock in soft tissue injuries until now." So the whiplash lawyer never believed in whiplash?

So I replied to him, "Tell you what. You wear that neck brace to federal court in front of the jury, I will wear a pregnancy pad and do my best pregnancy waddle and ask for bathroom breaks."

Brace came off and the case settled a week before trial.
