Any guesses on the cause? Why is this considered a mass shooting. The small amount of info leads me to believe it could have been self defense, or the shooter shot himself.

Cops call it a good shoot when two gang bangers draw down and off each other.

Given how the anti-gun groups keep changing the definition of "mass shooting" and started including every single gangs, drug dealers, and groups of "youths" shooting each other surprised it isn't much higher.

In reality, actual mass shootings where someone just walks into a place and starts shooting, are actually rare, but the left wants people to think they occur daily if not multiple times a day.

The truth is, take away black on black shootings and the number goes way down.

Take away suicides and gang violence, and gun deaths are statistically irrelevant in this country.

This shouldn't surprise anybody. The Nuggets just won the NBA championship, and people were out partying, bad stuff can happen, especially in an area like Market St. Lots of bars, lots of people, in a pedestrian street area.

The stats on that have been trashed by the democrats a long time ago.

If someone shot a gun in the parking lot near a sporting event it was called a mass shooting, even when nobody got shot.

Yep, hockey is not basketball.

I am guessing that 280 of those were in Chicago.

Dems keep putting sociopaths back out on the streets and they keep adding to their rap sheet and tallying up additional victims.

Nobody is helped. They criminal is worse off. More victims s are harmed. The public lives in greater fear. These violent criminals need to do time because a certain portion of them cannot be rehabilitated except by old age.

Did they publish a name or description of the suspect? There may be other victims waiting to report injury and help police with their inquiries.

They were like 49 shootings over a weekend in Chicago a few weeks ago.

Yeah lol, remove the thousands of people each year that die in this manner, and gun violence is basically a non-issue!

They changed the definition so that almost every gang shooting in America is now a "mass shooting"

They don't call it that or admit it's what they've done, but the purpose is to conflate drug fueled gang violence with hand guns to mass shooters with rifles in your mind so they can say "ZOMG there's been hundreds of mass shootings!"

The reality is, what most Americans think of as "mass shootings" are in the single digits each year but that doesn't help push the narrative
