Just wandering if anybody saw the new Budweiser commercial on NBC during the Kentucky Derby?
Commercial was really pushing American values, country life, brought a Clydesdale back into it etc. Their was a quick shot of what looked like to be a LEO of some sort and a young girl raising the American flag.
The ring on the guys hand appeared to be an Aggie ring with the crest and star on the one side that I could see. I tried to freeze frame and look but could not. Anybody else see it?

Most likely wasn't new.
Some like one of their rushed out B-roll nostalgia commercials they pushed back in April after the FM thing blew up. If it's the same commercial it was in inventory stock footage they already had. I saw some comments that speculated that shot could have been done in Elgin, so maybe...

which horse won the KD?

Start at the 25 second mark. It doesn't look like any Aggie ring I've seen before.

Freeze at 26 seconds. Looks like an Aggie Ring to me.

MAGE Won....Was a cool race.

Even more so was one of the races that ran that day before it.......Horses name is Cody's Wish.....named after a little boy who has a rare genetic disease that met the horse through the Make a Wish Fondation. Quite a moving story of how the horse "picked" this little boy and has been instrumental in the little boy fighting for his life.
The horse won the race and came from last place to do it...the little boy Cody, was there to watch it. Not a damn dry eye in the entire Churchill Downs Crowd after.
It truly was a miracle story.
