I did see pics of the dead shooter laying tits up, but did not see this RWDS insignia on his chest (pic links were on Texags at that point, but probably gone now.

Without context, it's just an enigmatic data point given the shooter was Hispanic and his targets were of a category more likely to be conservatives.
