Person would not be arrested for an ounce or less. They would have 6 months to pay a $500 fine. Still punitive, But doesn't ruin people's lives.

I'm cool with my neighbour having some fireworks in his garage. If the entire volume of the garage is filled with fireworks that's an issue.

I'd be okay with it if someone could invent a strain that didn't smell like a burning skunk.
I HATE the way that crap smells. And everywhere it's legal, that's all you can smell when you walk outside.
