I understand their current government is annoyingly pro-Russian or at least sympathetic to Russia and that is an issue within NATO but that's who their citizens voted in. That is what they want, for now.

Nonsense, he has never been "pro-Russia", only pro-Hungary. That trope came about from leftists and their propagandists who didn't like seeing a conservative leader succeeding, and going against the leftist doctrines. It began specifically with Hungary closing the borders to Syrian refugees. We are a pathetic crap country with comfort, abundance and fancy gadgets. Change my mind. The only area we are "exceptional" in is that we still have a heavily armed conservative remnant slowing the tide of absolute depravity, insanity and perversion. Aside from that, we are dog sh**.
