Curry is requesting that if the project goes forward, they include fencing or landscaping tall enough to block views into his property.

Seems like he could probably afford to tackle that request himself without overextending himself financially. After all, he voted for this. This is nothing more than a non-lethal version of FAFO, if you will.

At least he is complaining at the appropriate time when it's up for review instead of during construction. But this reeks of elitism. Also 16 units on 1.5 acres is not dense and they will likely be a couple million dollars each. If it's allowed thru the current zoning and they aren't asking for any additional provisions like height and area increases then build away. Steph can obviously afford to just move if it's that big of a burden and he feels threatened by millionaires in his hundred millionaires neighborhood
