They have been reported as from the time he was VP. So from six or more years ago and he apparently has had them since then.

I posted an article earlier about how Biden was thwarting his staff's trying to pack up his offices by requesting even more documents be delivered to him during the final days he was in office.

Garland is not being honest, transparent, etc. Until he raids Biden's homes and office then it is not equal and transparent,

This is not equal for Trump and the secret service plus the archives' queens knew about the documents, where they were located, and they were SECURE. Biden's docs were handled poorly and the idiot did not know they were there. A clear double standard again by the JD and FBI.

Garland is on the hot seat and if he does not follow the law then he should be exposed and impeached.

There is the difference between Trump's documents and Biden's, but not what you have been told by the MSM. BIden was VP (at the time) and did not have the final authority to keep these documents or declassify them.

Wasn't the prevailing opinion of the classified document experts on forum 16 that POTUS has the power to declassify documents in his own mind, without requiring any of the formalities required by the bureaucrats that serve at his discretion? If that's the case, how do we know Biden (and Obama before him) didn't already "declassify" all these documents that they are finding now?

I listen to liberal media. They immediately changed the narrative from "Trump took classified documents home and he should be prosecuted for that" to "Trump didn't immediately give the documents back" overnight. Whatever it takes to make the narrative work.

We don't know that Obama didn't declassify them. He had that power. He hasn't said anything.

The president just walking out with the documents is OK. He has that authority. The VP does not.

The president is not required to follow some red tape process created by bureaucrats. They work for him. They're not a co-equal branch of government. He is.
