He is a classic case now of the kind of ostensible "Republican" or "Independent" that call "functionally a Democrat". This derives from always backing the Left media talking points, supporting them, adding your voice to them, if not in all likelihood, secretly you vote. Kinzinger's backing Pelosi is a good example.
