Speaking generally this IS true. Yes the AMA has low membership but where are the large groups of physicians standing to fight this?

It's the same profession that went silent at best at worst followed hospital administrators and government bureaucrats like sheep during Covid - and STILL are doing it.

It's been so sad to watch.

Ya know...when I'm under anesthesia getting cut open, I really DGAF about the color of the person doing the work especially because of whole unconscious part of it. I want the one who finished in the upper bracket so I'll more than likely wake up with the job done correctly.

Serious question: if a child cannot make any legally binding decision, and if they receive life altering surgery that doesn't work as a minor, despite agreements signed by the parent and a minor, which are clearly not binding to a child, how are these hospitals not being sued out of existance by regretful former patients?

Seems like a layup in court.

Unfortunately the left is perfectly fine doing away with the first and second amendment. They don't need a refresher. They don't want it. Anything they don't like they have been labeling hate speech and banning.

Well, the current "best" medical students don't typically go into surgery or anesthesia, barring the niche surgery fields like plastics, ent, urology, and Neurosurg etc which make up a small number of the actual surgeons (when compared to gen surg). The "best" med students are going into derm, radiology, Opthalmology, and gastroenterology, ie fields where you can make $$$ and have a life. As a matter of fact, some of the worst students in my class are going into anesthesia and gen surg lol.

Yep. Wife's OB and kids' pediatrician. That said, our first going into labor the day Rosh Hashanah was starting complicated things LOL. He had to leave by sunset and his partner did the C section

The AMA certainly is. There was an opinion piece in the WSJ recently about a nurse who worked for Scott & White in College Station who was fired because she refused to take a "training" class that would force her to apologize for her white racism.

And that's the point - when start off with a fairly large segment of people accepted over others not because of their abilities but because of their skin color what could go wrong …….
