"Since the filing of this lawsuit my firm has been inundated with calls from former and current Amex employees from all around the country who read the allegations of the complaint and couldn't believe how accurately they described their own experiences with the company," attorney David Pivtorak told FOX Business.

The lawsuit alleges that Amex implemented "anti-racism" policies throughout its corporate structure in the wake of Floyd's death that "gave preferential treatment to individuals for being Black and unambiguously signaled to White employees that their race was an impediment to getting ahead in the company."

Its getting hard to avoid doing business with woke ******* companies - they're almost all that way now. Is there a non-woke alternative to Amex?

I just want one company to come out and say we are just about processing transactions. We will not use your data or give it to anyone without a court order. If you leave, it will be deleted the minute you leave. We don't care what you use your card for in your daily lives. We don't have any reason to classify any transactions or care who you are giving your hard earned money to or for what.

It's clear as day that this is an explicit attack on whites. By making it about "Americans" you minimize what is actually happening, which is active discrimination against whites. Every other race is allowed to defend their own in these scenarios, we should as well and be open about it.
