Asking for a pardon to stop malicious prosecution seems reasonable to me.

The allegations should be investigated and he should be charged, tried, and convicted (if they are accurate). And honestly, as someone who spent a few years in the Florida panhandle, they could do with a different representative that's just as conservative and not as much of a lightning rod.

But all this really illustrates to me is the BS going on in DC. In what situation did this information come to light? In an interview by the January 6 committee.

Somewhere, Torquemada is looking on this with approval, and just a hint of jealousy, but is starting to become impatient with the lack of auto-da-fe.

Is gaetz under investigation or indictment?

Seems odd that he's getting so much pressure despite little evidence being available (at least to the public).

Hunter on the other hand has the DOJ slow playing his investigation for "tax fraud" because they don't want to possibly affect upcoming elections.
